Ricky Swallow Building Manager
Ricky joined the team mid 2022. Bringing years of experience in managing student blocks and a wealth of knowledge to Franklin makes Ricky a fantastic addition to the team.
Ocean Peachment PA/Administrator
Joining us in January 2023, Ocean bought along substantial experience having worked for a lettings agency. As well as her daily duties handling building queries, she also supports David in his never ending list of tasks.
Stacey Smith Building Support
Stacey joined our team in October 2020 and will be on hand for the day to day running of the buildings. Stacey has experience in this industry having previously worked for another managing agent.
Steve Styles Finance Manager
Steve brings 20 years experience coming from an accountancy practice background. This experience helped him gain the appreciation for the need to have complete and accurate records which are second to none. His technique is methodical, dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s. We are very lucky to have him on the team.
